Once you’re logged in to our online pharmacy system, you’ll see all the tinctures, granules and raw herbs we carry. If you cannot find what you are looking for, that means we don’t stock the extract. Explore our stock of tinctures:

Once you set up an account and use our online formula submission portal, you’ll be able to see the cost of each formula you order. Our prices depend on the size of the formula you are ordering, the herbs in the formula, and the quantity of each herb in your formulation.
Absolutely. Our online system allows you to mark up your orders and then send the order to your patient for payment.

We fulfill orders within 2 business days of accepting payment. They are often ready sooner! We always notify the receiving party when their formula is ready.
You will choose your shipping option when you check out. You can choose to ship directly to your patient, or to your clinic. We do not offer free shipping on custom pharmacy orders. Nevada County customers can pick up at our Bitney Springs address 9:30-4:30 M-F.

Single herb tinctures or stock formulas are offered bulk starting at 8 fl oz.
Our minimum custom formula size is 32 fl oz, with a maximum of 12 herbs in the formula. Formulas containing 13 herbs or more have a 1 gallon minimum.
Wholesale orders are subject to a $200 order minimum.
We offer free shipping on Wholesale orders over $750.

Customers are responsible for the design and printing of labels, including FDA labeling requirements. We recommend reviewing product contents and label design with a lawyer and/or insurance agent before finalizing the text. To meet our compliance specifications, we must review your labels for accuracy before they are printed. More about labels in our contract manufacturing guide.
Wholesale and Retail Return Policy
Please notify us immediately if there are any problems with your order. Products damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost to the customer if reported to us within 7 days of receipt. All other claims, discrepancies, and returns must be resolved within 30 days of purchase.
Orders for sealed retail products purchased on our website may be cancelled online prior to shipping, with a full return to the credit card used for the purchase. If the item has already shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and will receive product credit once the item is received in its original condition.
Unopened, sealed retail or bulk tincture items may be returned within 30 days. Credits issued are for product only. A copy of your invoice and a brief note describing the reason for return must accompany returns.
Opened products cannot be returned, and no refund or exchange is offered. Once a custom formula has been blended, it cannot be cancelled or returned, and the customer is responsible for full payment; no shipping will be charged if the custom formula is blended but cancelled before shipment. If you are a practitioner or patient and you are dissatisfied or have a negative reaction to a custom formula, please contact us within 7 days; product credit or exchange will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
