I love reaching for this in the middle of the night if I wake up with racing thoughts and just can't seem to get back to bed. It seems to work really well. My only complaint is...I wish I could buy it in a bigger bottle. I go through the 2 oz. so fast!

It works for both my wife and I for at least half the night. We take it with a little warm milk. No hang over or after effects. Been using it for at 1east half a year.

I find that this tincture makes me sleepy, but it it doesn’t prevent me from waking up in the middle of the night as I’d hoped. It tastes really terrible so I put two droppers in some water.
