Ingredients (per 1 tbsb): Calcium (as calcium chloride) 2.25 mg; Iron (as ferrous sulfate): 0.02 mg; Iodine (as potassium iodide) 0.68 mcg; Magnesium (as magnesium chloride) 2.25 mg; Zinc (as zinc sulfate): 014 mg; Selenium (as sodium selenate) 0.9 mcg; Manganese (as manganese chloride) 0.045 mg; Chromium (as chromic chlorid) 0.9 mcg; Potassium (as potassium chloride) 0.45 mg; Silica (as silicon dioxide) 37.5 mg; Sulfur (as methylsulfonylmethane) 6 mg; Boron (as boric acid) 3 mg.

Other ingredients: De-ionized water.

Suggested use: One tablespoon per day in water.
