Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of payment except if placed on a weekend or holiday. Orders must be placed before 11 am PST to be shipped with same day service.
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the shipment and the shipping method you select. Pharmacy patients may only change their shipping method before paying with their credit card. Delivery times are based on the selected shipping carrier and service. Please note that only USPS Priority Mail Express has a guaranteed delivery date. Packages are considered lost after 21 days with USPS and 7 days with UPS.
Shipping insurance is included on all orders. If your order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date or damage notice from the carrier and we can assist with a refund or replacement order. Please send pictures of damaged packaging and products to info@fiveflavorsherbs.com.
UPS services are not available to post office boxes. We do not ship outside of the USA at this time. International customers must have an address within the USA that can receive packages.
Free Shipping
Retail webstore orders over $100 ship free (does not apply to custom pharmacy).
Wholesale and Conceivable ProLine orders over $750 ship free (does not apply to contract manufacturing/white label orders).
Cancellations and Refunds
Please notify us immediately if there are any problems with your order. All claims, discrepancies, and returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase and resolved within 30 days of purchase.
Unopened, sealed products may be returned for up to 30 days for a refund minus the shipping charge and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please send the invoice and a brief note describing the reason for return to info@fiveflavorsherbs.com.
Defective products will be replaced at no cost to the customer within 7 days of receiving the order. Please send pictures of the packaging and product along with the invoices to info@fiveflavorsherbs.com.
Opened, unsealed products cannot be returned, and no refund or exchange is offered.
Custom pharmacy orders that have been blended cannot be canceled or returned. The customer is responsible for payment, but will not be charged for shipping if the order is canceled before shipment. If you are a practitioner or patient and you are dissatisfied, or have a negative reaction to a custom formula, please contact pharmacy@fiveflavorsherbs.com within 7 days to resolve the issue. An exchange or product credit will be issued on a case-by-case basis.
