Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of payment except if placed on a weekend or holiday.

USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation takes 1-2 days to 90% of homes and apartments in the USA. You can also choose from UPS Ground, UPS Three Day Select, UPS Second Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air Saver. UPS services are not available to post office boxes. Pharmacy patients may only change their shipping method before paying with their credit card.

We do not ship outside of the USA at this time. International customers must have an address within the USA that can receive packages.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the shipment and the shipping method you select.

Retail webstore orders over $100 ship free (does not apply to custom pharmacy).

Wholesale and Conceivable ProLine orders over $750 ship free (does not apply to contract manufacturing/white label orders).

Return/Refund Policy

Please notify us immediately if there are any problems with your order. Products damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost to the customer if reported to us within 7 days of receipt. All other claims, discrepancies, and returns must be resolved within 30 days of purchase.

Orders for sealed retail products purchased on our website may be cancelled online prior to shipping, with a full return to the credit card used for the purchase. If the item has already shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and will receive product credit once the item is received in its original condition.

Unopened, sealed retail or bulk tincture items may be returned within 30 days. Credits issued are for product only. A copy of your invoice and a brief note describing the reason for return must accompany returns. Opened products cannot be returned, and no refund or exchange is offered.

Once a custom formula has been blended, it cannot be cancelled or returned, and the customer is responsible for full payment; no shipping will be charged if the custom formula is blended but cancelled before shipment. If you are a practitioner or patient and you are dissatisfied or have a negative reaction to a custom formula, please contact us within 7 days; product credit or exchange will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
