Contains: Certified Organic Mustard Seed Powder, Essential Oils of Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Wintergreen & Thyme and Gum Benzoin in a base of Sodium Carbonate. 

Suggested uses:

Foot bath--Dissolve 1 tbsp in a bowl of water. Soak feet for 20 minutes. Finish with a short cold soak.

Full Bath--Add 2 oz to a hot bath. Relax in the water for 20 minutes. Finish with a cold showeer, dry with a rough towel, rest and keep warm for best results.
