Large Ancient Minerals Bath Flakes

Dissolved in warm water, Ancient Minerals magnesium bath flakes contain only the purest ingredients of highly soluble magnesium chloride.

Suggested Use: Dissolve 1-3 cups of magnesium flakes into a warm foot bath or full tub bath and soak for 30 minutes or more. The temperature of the water should be warm, but not hot. Hot water causes the skin to eliminate rather than absorb. Following the bath, rinse skin with cool running water, then pat skin dry with a towel and apply a natural moisturizer.
