Inspired by a traditional Ayurvedic wellness ritual, golden milk, also known as ‘haldi doodh’ is an ancient medicinal drink. Golden Moon Milk contains relaxing plants, such as Ashwagandha, along with restorative 'spirit' plants such as Reishi and Blue Lotus, along with lavender, cardamom, and vanilla.

Ingredients: Turmeric, Reishi, Ashwagandha, Lucuma, Blue lotus^, Vanilla, Cardamom, Lavender, Black Pepper. (Organic)

Size: 5oz / 142g fine powder per jar. 37 servings (using 1tsp per serving) per container.

Suggested Use:

Add 1tsp in hot water, or warm milk. Whisk until frothy, and enjoy! This is so beyond delicious it doesn't require anything except water. It's naturally on the sweet side due to the mineralizing and sweet powers of Lucuma. Although, it does taste fabulous with plantbased milk and a dash of sweetener.
