Ingredients:Catnip aerials (Nepeta cataria), Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare), Peppermint leaf (Mentha piperita), Rocky Mountain artesian spring water, vegetable glycerine & organic gluten-free wheat alcohol.

Suggested Use: Via mother's milk: 2-3 droppers full as needed prior to nursing. Directly to infant: 5-10 drops in milk, or corner of mouth while nursing, as needed.
