Ingredients: French Atlantic Sea Salt, and the organic essential oils of: Virginia cedarwood, Palmarosa, Green myrtle, Fir balsam and Rosemary.

Suggested Use: Add a heaping 1/2 teaspoon into the neti pot with 10 ounces of warm water; please use distilled or previously boiled water. Stir thoroughly and run 5 ounces through each nostril. Use twice a day for maximum benefits.
